My team created a multi-variant user testing platform to measure product engagement, track performance, and to gather and compare data for actionable results

 

 

Development


I worked with leadership to establish three roll out stages of testing, each requiring additional technical infrastructure

Stages:

  1. Multi-variant and A/B testing on individual products

  2. A/B testing single elements across thousands of products at once

  3. Broad testing across all products at once

 

 

Process

  • User and industry research

  • Creating user stories, flows, and rapid prototypes

  • Adding new tooling features to existing tools

  • Consolidating testing results from multiple data sources into a single resource

  • Building data dashboards

  • Establishing testing thresholds

  • Creating educational resources and training sessions
