Creating a product to help advertisers streamline their customer journey
As the company matures, our existing products saturated the market and we were looking for an opportunity to expand our offerings for digital marketplaces, like LinkedIn’s Audience Network, Amazon, Instacart, and Live Nation
We developed a product that allows advertisers, agencies, and brands to optimize their client’s user experience and journey from discovery to checkout, leading to higher completion rates
Development
We collaborated with five top marketplaces and audience networks to pitch our capabilities and understand their needs as a company and the needs of the customers
After conducting extensive research, we found brand differentiators, back-end behaviors, and customer journeys unique to each client
Design and interfaces
We created company brand guidelines based on their provided design specs and our brand research
In order to present a user experience most true to their brand, we incorporated their colors and user interactions to build an advertising product line to meet their unique needs
Commercialization
As our tech infrastructure continues to grow, we’re working on building data resources and conducting early-stage user testing to verify and improve the existing product
